SMS Policy
This SMS Policy governs the use of text messaging communications issued by US FENCE PRO LLC and its affiliates.
1. Scope of SMS Communications
By voluntarily providing a mobile telephone number to US FENCE PRO LLC or any of its affiliated companies, you consent to receive SMS text messages relating to your account, project, estimate, warranty, or service. These messages may include appointment confirmations, rescheduling notices, project updates, invoice reminders, and warranty service communications. Customers acknowledge that these transactional communications are considered essential to the performance of contractual obligations and cannot be waived without impairing our ability to deliver services.
In addition to essential service communications, customers may choose to opt in to promotional SMS messages, including but not limited to seasonal promotions, referral opportunities, or limited-time discounts. Opt-in consent must be explicit and verifiable. At any time, you may opt out of promotional messages by replying with the keyword “STOP” or following the instructions provided in each message. Opting out of promotional SMS messages will not affect your ability to receive essential service updates that are contractually required.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining an accurate mobile number on file and ensuring that your device is capable of receiving text messages. Message delivery depends on carrier networks and device compatibility. Neither US FENCE PRO LLC nor its affiliates shall be held liable for undelivered, delayed, or misdirected messages caused by carrier errors, spam filters, device restrictions, or customer negligence. Standard messaging and data rates imposed by your carrier may apply, and these costs are solely your responsibility. By engaging our services, you agree that receipt of SMS messages may be recorded and stored for compliance, dispute resolution, and evidentiary purposes.
This SMS Policy is incorporated into and inseverable from the Master Terms & Conditions. It is subject to Michigan law and requires arbitration as the exclusive means of dispute resolution. By continuing to provide your mobile number, you confirm full understanding and consent to these practices.
