Sales Policy
This Sales Policy governs all transactions conducted by US FENCE PRO LLC, UNITED STATES FENCE LLC, and their affiliates. By entering into a sales transaction, the customer acknowledges and accepts that all orders, contracts, and agreements are binding and enforceable under the Master Terms & Conditions.
1. Finality of Sales
All sales are final once a contract is executed and payment is received. No cancellation, withdrawal, or reversal of a sales transaction shall be permitted, except at the sole written discretion of US FENCE PRO LLC. Customers acknowledge that sales agreements represent binding legal obligations, and failure to remit full payment constitutes breach of contract.
2. Pricing & Adjustments
Prices quoted are valid only for the duration stated in the sales agreement or estimate. US FENCE PRO LLC reserves the right to adjust prices due to supplier increases, tariffs, transportation costs, or material shortages. Customers agree that such adjustments are reasonable, industry-standard, and non-negotiable once incorporated into a signed contract.
3. Scope of Authority
Sales representatives are not authorized to modify or waive policy terms. Only written amendments signed by an officer of US FENCE PRO LLC are binding. Verbal assurances, promotional statements, or informal communications do not alter contract terms and are expressly disclaimed as unenforceable.
4. Payment & Enforcement
Customers agree to pay all amounts due as scheduled. Nonpayment may result in collection actions, lien filings, or suspension of service. Recovery of attorney’s fees, arbitration costs, and administrative charges shall be borne by the customer in the event of default. This Sales Policy must be read together with the Refund Policy and Contracts, and shall survive project completion.
