The Materials Disclosure outlines sourcing, warranties, and responsibilities related to fencing products supplied by US FENCE PRO LLC and affiliates.
1. Source of Materials
All fencing products, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental aluminum, are supplied through UNITED STATES FENCE LLC or authorized distributors. Manufacturers may provide limited warranties, which are passed directly to the customer without modification. US FENCE PRO LLC disclaims responsibility for manufacturer defects beyond those explicitly covered.
2. Quality & Variation
Variations in color, grain, finish, or texture are natural and not considered defects. Minor imperfections consistent with industry standards are acceptable. Customers acknowledge that outdoor products naturally age, weather, and fade over time.
3. Transfer of Risk
Responsibility for materials passes to the customer immediately upon installation or delivery. Proper maintenance, including cleaning, sealing, and inspection, is the sole duty of the property owner. Warranties are void if materials are altered, misused, or neglected.
4. Supply & Substitution
Global supply chain disruptions may cause substitutions. Comparable products of equal or greater value may be used without penalty. Customers waive claims for incidental damages caused by shortages, shipping delays, or discontinuation of specific lines.
5. Enforcement
This Disclosure is inseverable from the Master Terms & Conditions and cross-references the Liabilities Disclaimer. Disputes are resolved exclusively by arbitration in Michigan.
