Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy governs delivery of fencing materials, equipment, and related products provided by UNITED STATES FENCE LLC under the direction of US FENCE PRO LLC. Customers acknowledge that shipping timelines are estimates only and do not constitute guarantees of delivery or installation schedules.
1. Delivery Timelines
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided for convenience only. They may be impacted by supplier availability, labor shortages, transportation delays, weather conditions, or municipal restrictions. Delays in delivery shall not be deemed breach of contract, nor shall they entitle the customer to damages, cancellation, or refund. Customers accept that delivery is inherently subject to external factors outside the control of US FENCE PRO LLC.
2. Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the designated site or upon transfer of goods to a carrier, whichever occurs first. The customer is responsible for inspecting shipments immediately upon delivery and must notify US FENCE PRO LLC in writing of any issues within twenty-four (24) hours. Failure to report constitutes acceptance of the shipment in full.
3. Shipping Charges & Fees
All shipping, handling, storage, and related costs are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly waived in writing. US FENCE PRO LLC may advance costs as a courtesy, but reimbursement is required upon invoicing. Unpaid shipping costs may result in work suspension and collection proceedings.
4. Returns & Limitations
Returns are not permitted without prior written authorization. Customers bear all freight costs for authorized returns, and restocking fees may apply. This Shipping Policy is cross-referenced with the Materials Disclosure and Refund Policy, and must be interpreted together with those provisions. Remedies are limited strictly to the cost of replacement materials and exclude labor, consequential, or incidental damages.
