Estimates Disclaimer

Estimates Disclaimer

This Estimates Disclaimer defines the limits and conditions under which pricing, assessments, and proposals provided by US FENCE PRO LLC are issued. Estimates are intended as preliminary guides only and are not binding offers unless incorporated into a signed contract.

1. Nature of Estimates

Estimates are generated based on preliminary information provided by the customer, site observations, and current market conditions. They are not guarantees of final cost. Factors such as property access, underground utilities, municipal requirements, or material availability may alter the final price. Estimates are prepared in good faith but should not be relied upon for financing, resale, or property valuation purposes.

The customer acknowledges that estimates are informational tools only. Actual costs will be confirmed in a written contract that supersedes all prior discussions, proposals, or pricing statements.

2. Validity Period and Revisions

Estimates are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified in writing. After expiration, estimates are void and subject to reissuance at prevailing rates. Customers understand that material costs, labor rates, and permit fees may fluctuate, and these changes will be reflected in updated proposals. US FENCE PRO LLC reserves the right to revise or withdraw an estimate at any time prior to execution of a binding contract.

Revisions requested by the customer, including changes to design, materials, or scheduling, may result in updated pricing and are not considered part of the original estimate.

3. Customer Responsibilities and Limitations

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting an estimate. Misrepresentation of property lines, zoning requirements, or site conditions may invalidate the estimate and result in additional charges. US FENCE PRO LLC disclaims responsibility for costs arising from customer-provided inaccuracies.

Deposits made against an estimate are applied toward final contract value but become non-refundable once materials are ordered or scheduling is confirmed. The company is not liable for reliance damages if the customer makes financial decisions based on an estimate prior to execution of a formal contract.

4. Binding Contract Supersedes Estimate

Only executed contracts represent enforceable obligations. Once a contract is signed, its terms govern pricing, scheduling, and responsibilities. Estimates have no legal effect beyond their role as preliminary guidance. Customers expressly waive claims arising from reliance on expired, revised, or withdrawn estimates. All disputes shall be resolved under Michigan law through binding arbitration in Macomb County.

By requesting an estimate, customers acknowledge this disclaimer, accept its limitations, and agree that final pricing and terms will be established exclusively in the executed contract.
