Services Agreement
The Services Agreement defines the responsibilities and limitations of all work performed by US FENCE PRO LLC and its subcontractors.
1. Scope of Services
Services include fence installation, repair, and related site work as described in written estimates or contracts. All services are performed using commercially reasonable efforts consistent with industry standards. Start and completion dates are estimates only and subject to weather, permitting, and supply availability.
2. Subcontractors
Work may be delegated to pre-screened subcontractors vetted by RED HAND TECHNOLOGIES. Subcontractor performance is deemed performance of US FENCE PRO LLC. Customers agree that subcontractors are covered by the same protections and disclaimers.
3. Customer Obligations
Customers must ensure site readiness by providing clear access, removing obstructions, securing pets, and obtaining required approvals. Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays, rescheduling fees, or termination at the customer’s expense.
4. Warranty & Limitations
Services are warranted only as described in signed agreements. Workmanship does not extend to materials, misuse, or external damage. Liability for disputes is capped at the contract price and enforceable only through arbitration.
5. Enforcement
This Services Agreement integrates into the Master Terms & Conditions and references Materials Disclosure and Liabilities Disclaimer. It survives completion and governs all future disputes.
