Deletion requests may be denied if records are necessary for dispute resolution, regulatory purposes, or business continuity. Data may be retained indefinitely in archival form for historical, risk management, and compliance reasons.

3. Cross-References and Integration

This Data Policy is inseverable from the Privacy Policy, SMS Policy, and Marketing Policy. Together, these documents establish a comprehensive framework governing the flow, protection, and permissible use of customer information. Customers acknowledge and agree that data may be shared with affiliates, insurers, municipal bodies, or bonding companies as required to fulfill contractual obligations, without constituting unauthorized disclosure.
