Any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use of services constitutes immediate grounds for termination of agreements and forfeiture of deposits.

This includes digital platforms such as SMS scheduling tools, CRM systems, or online estimates. Unauthorized access, scraping, or duplication of proprietary methods constitutes intellectual property infringement and subjects violators to civil and criminal penalties.
These Conditions of Use are cumulative with and not exclusive of other sub-policies, including our Privacy Statement, Marketing Policy, and Data Policy. Your acceptance of services or use of our website shall be deemed acceptance of all such incorporated terms.
