Terms of Service & Customer Agreement

By accessing or using services provided by US FENCE PRO LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Data Policy, and any other applicable agreements. Customers are encouraged to review these terms regularly.

Parties & Entities

These Terms govern services provided by: - US FENCE PRO LLC (installation contractor) - United States Fence LLC (materials & supply) - United Warranty Company LLC (extended warranty administrator; see United Warranty Terms) - Red Hand Technologies (technology & CRM provider) - BML Enterprises LLC (parent company)

Scope of Work

Services may include estimates, material delivery, installation, subcontractor management, warranty registration, and related support.

Payment Terms

Deposits are required prior to scheduling. Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Financing may be provided through third parties such as Synchrony Financial. Additional fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within three (3) business days of contract execution for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a thirty percent (30%) cancellation fee.

Warranties

All installations include a one-year workmanship warranty. Extended warranties are available and administered through United Warranty Company LLC, subject to their terms.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for property lines, easements, grade, pool code compliance, permits, HOA approvals, and ensuring access to the property for installation.

Limitation of Liability

US FENCE PRO LLC and its affiliates are not liable for consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not responsible for installations performed by Michigan Fence Outlet or other prior contractors.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US FENCE PRO LLC, Red Hand Technologies, BML Enterprises LLC, United States Fence LLC, and United Warranty Company LLC against all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and US FENCE PRO LLC.
